Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Sol Actives. We’re committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our U.S.-only shipping policy below.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Once your order is processed, it will be shipped directly from our third-party suppliers.
Please note: We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping & Delivery Times
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the supplier and your location.
Please understand that since we work with multiple dropshipping partners, some products may arrive separately
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear after the item ships.
If your tracking number doesn’t update right away, don’t worry — it’s often due to delays in the system syncing with the carrier.
4. Delivery Issues & Delays
Because we use third-party dropshipping suppliers, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Weather, holidays, or other unforeseen events

5. Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
